RoyalTee Designs/RoyalTee Remixed Shipping Policy

(US SHIPPING ONLY)

Our shipping days are Monday and Friday, unless either day falls on a holiday. In this case, we will ship your order out on the next business day.

Standard orders will be shipped via USPS mail.  All packages (with the exception of the Mini packages) will be sent via Priority Mail.  Priority mail comes with shipping confirmation numbers.  Confirmation numbers will be sent via email for all orders at least 24 hours after mailing.   Please allow 48 hours for USPS to update tracking info so that you will be able to track your package. 

Expedited orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Holiday Shipping: Due to high demand during holidays please allow 2 additional business days for processing. 

Return Policies for RoyalTee Remixed

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, we understand that life  happens and we are committed to providing our customers with options.  Please see our return/exchange policies below.  

  • All purchases are FINAL SALE. If the item arrives broken or damaged during transit, customers should file a claim with the shipping carrier.  If items arrive damaged, etc beyond the scope of the item description prior  to purchase (and is not a carrier issue) a STORE CREDIT will be issued. 
  • No cash refunds on any items. STORE CREDITS will be granted only after the process below has been completed and the request has been approved by RoyalTee Remixed.   
  • STORE CREDIT requests should be submitted within 5 days of receipt of item (based on USPS confirmation). 

PLEASE SEE THE PROCESS FOR STORE CREDIT REQUEST. Any items returned will automatically forfeit your purchase amount or chance for a store credit. 

STORE CREDIT Process

1. Send an email to royaltee1@mail.com requesting a store credit.  Include your name and your order number. 
2. State the reason for the store credit request (i.e. item not as described, item arrived damage, etc).  Attach pictures showing proof of claim.  
3. RoyalTee Remixed will review the claim and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a Store Credit Code (SCC) for future purchases.
